Before Delali there was just a bench, a parts drawer and a lot of trial and error. These are some of the watches that came off it — one I still wear most days, the rest built to a brief. They're the reason I think the first reference is possible.
Amber Daytona Homage
A steel chronograph build with a brown ceramic bezel, an ice-blue dial and a tan leather strap — a warmer, tool-watch take on the panda-dial three-register layout.

Blue Sunburst Dial Homage
A three-hand dress build with a deep blue sunburst dial under the DELALI name, a fluted bezel and a five-piece link bracelet. It's the one I wear most, and its proportions are where the Delevery started.
Build 02
Silver Panda Chronograph Homage
A sports build carrying the classic 'panda' treatment — a white waffle-textured dial with contrasting black sub-dials, set in a faceted octagonal bezel on an integrated bracelet.

Gold Chronograph Homage
A yellow-gold octagonal chronograph build with a grey waffle-textured dial and a five-piece integrated bracelet — the same faceted-bezel sports case as the panda, finished in a warmer tone.

Moonphase Chronograph Homage
A dress chronograph build with a white dial, day/date and moonphase complications, a triple-register layout and a black alligator-pattern strap — the most complicated case I've built to date.

A steel chronograph build with a white dial, black sub-dials and bezel, and an oyster-style bracelet — a cleaner, monochrome take on the panda dial.
