While Ref. 101 is still in development, the thing I can actually do for you today is build you a watch. One at a time, to your brief, finished by hand on the same bench.

What I build

Bespoke one-off builds — movement, case, dial, hands, crystal and strap chosen together and assembled by hand.
Dial and hand-set pairings, including my own linen dials where they suit the case.
Homage and original builds alike, from dress pieces to something you'd take up a mountain.
A finished watch, regulated and tested, with a card recording what went into it.

What I don't do is servicing, restoration or repair. That's a different trade with different training behind it, and I'd rather point you to someone who has it than pretend otherwise.

How it works

Tell me the idea
A sentence is enough to start. A reference photo, a case size, a dial colour you can't find anywhere — whatever you've got.

I come back with a real number
A specification, a price and a timeline, based on what the parts actually cost. No obligation, and no deposit until you've seen it.

I source and build
You get photos as it comes together — parts laid out, dial fitted, the first time it runs. This is the part most people say they enjoyed most.

It ships
Regulated, timed and packed, with a build card listing every component that went into it.

What it costs

Every build is different, so I quote after we've talked it through — a real number and a real timeline, both based on what your specific build actually needs. Nothing is owed until you've seen that quote and said yes.

I take on a small number of builds at a time, around the Ref. 101 development work. Enquiries are answered in the order they arrive.
